single digit days left. i'm not going to have enough time. :s
i did get some good study in though. clocked in at FIFTY, that's right 50 hours this week. next weeks goal is up to 55.
spent the day covering ethics, EBM and public/population health stuff... euthanasia, Gillick competence, confidentiality, involuntary admission/treatment, determinants of health, notification, screening tests, sensitivity/specificity/likelihood ratios, prevention, geriatric giants & elderly care, negligence & trespass, counter-transference, refusal of treatment, stages of behavioral change, motivational interviewing, breaking bad news, assessment of depression/suicide/alcohol abuse, immunization, child abuse, organ donation, ethical boundaries... what else was there...???
back to the science stuff tomorrow.
