congratulations to mr. kevin rudd on his election victory.
i further extend the congratulatory statements to the people of australia. you now have a prime minister that no longer looks like a walking caricature!
unfortunately for mr. rudd, on this side of the ocean, he's known more for his ear-wax eating tendencies than his opinions on global warming or on iraq.
